Joshua Goslee

Joshua T. I. Goslee, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Leeds Law Firm, PLLC, licensed in Texas. Mr. Goslee earned his J.D. cum laude from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where he served as the Law Review’s Lead Articles Editor and competed in Division I track and field. In 2024, Mr. Goslee’s scholarly article “Unmasking Inequity: The Underfunding of Historically Black Institutions and the Judicial Response” was published by the Thurgood Marshall Law Review. He holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where he also competed in Division I track and field. While at UMES, he was a recipient of the Departmental Distinction award, an honor bestowed upon the top student in each department.
