Tracey Lewis is a Partner at Leeds Law Firm and an experienced litigator specializing in employment litigation. Licensed to practice in Texas, New York, and New Jersey, Tracey represents employees and business clients in pre-litigation employment disputes as well as state and federal employment law cases.
Tracey has successfully represented hundreds of clients in employment and wrongful termination matters, including complex discrimination cases involving race, color, gender, age, disability, national origin, sexual orientation, and religion, along with retaliation claims such as FMLA retaliation and interference. She also handles Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) wage and hour matters, including overtime claims and collective actions.
